Bugaboo Day Home is open Mondays-Fridays from 7:00am to 5:00pm and is closed Saturdays and Sundays.
Bugaboo Day Home closes every year for the following paid holidays:
New Year's Day (January 1)
Family Day (3rd Monday in February)
Good Friday (Date varies yearly)
Easter Monday (Date varies yearly)
Victoria Day (Monday preceding May 25th)
Canada Day (July 1)
Civic Holiday (1st Monday in August)
Labour Day (1st Monday in September)
Thanksgiving Day (2nd Monday in October)
Remembrance Day (November 11th)
Christmas Eve (December 24)
Christmas Day (December 25)
Boxing Day (December 26)
Bugaboo Day Home closes for four unpaid weeks of vacation each year. These vacation periods give me the opportunity to rest, rejuvenate, and spend valuable time with my own family, allowing me to provide consistent high quality care. One week of vacation occurs in March or April and coincides with the Calgary Catholic School Board's Easter Break. One week is taken in the month of July or August. And the day home closes annually for Christmas Break. You will be given three months (or more) notice for the dates of these vacation closures.
